300K worth of “Shabu” and a gun, seized in Tinambac, Cam Sur
Violation of RA 9165 "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002". and RA 10591“Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”.
Tinambac, Camarines Sur ---- Joint operatives lead by PDEA Cam Sur with Regn’l Special Operations Group (RSOG), PRO5, Cam Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO), Prov’l Pubic Safety Company, CSPPO with proper coordination to Tinambac MPS, serve a Search Warrant # 08-064,  issued by Hon Pedro M. Redoña, Presiding judge of RTC Br. 63, Calabanga, CS, at about 5:00 PM - 8:20 PM  of August 2014 in the residence of Nicanor “Niknik” Belleca y Asug in Brgy San Isidro, this town,. The search was executed by the searching team of PDEA Cam Sur in the presence from Media, DOJ and Brgy Officials representatives, while the rest of the units were securing the undertaking before the Search Warrant was executed, suspect Niknik, voluntarily handed to the PDEA Agent, a Colt Cal 45 Firearm with serial # 629415. The search resulted to the recovery of eight different sizes of plastic bag/sachet containing suspected “Shabu”, weighing more or less fifty (50) grams, and with an estimated market of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300,000.00). Inventory was immediately conducted to include the signing of witnesses and the suspect. The suspect was brought to Tinambac MPS for official recording of the undertaking where PDEA agent turned-over the Colt Cal 45 with inserted magazines loaded with five (5) ammos to Tinambac MPS and subsequently, properly submitted to Provincial Crime Laboratory, Cam Sur for Ballistic examination. Tinambac MPS is preparing appropriate charges against the suspect###(Tinambac MPS)
